LeBron James or Kobe Bryant?

Im tired of Kobe fans being LeBron haters! LeBron has turned over a new leaf this year with his jumpshooting and his defense. In his first two years in the NBA he couldn't shoot nor did he play defense. Now that LeBron has developed a jumper, teams have to play him honest. Teams have to guard him closer and this makes it much easier for him to drive to the lane and dunk on someone. Kobe is a great player, but when you have LeBron James, a guy who very well could be the NBA MVP and be on the All-Defensive Team, that should put a huge smile on your face!

Who would win a 7 game NBA championship series?

There is a good chance that the NBA Finals could come down the Cavs and Lakers this year. Both teams are playing extremely well and have been dominant in their respected conferences. It's obvious that the finals series comes down to defense and conditioning and I beleive that the Cavs have the edge in both of these categories.

A Disappointing Loss

January 19, 2009 was a disappointing day for most Cleveland Cavalier fans. This day was highly anticipated because it was the first meeting of the year between the powerhouse Cavaliers in the East against the dominating Lakers in the West. The Lakers were favored by 5 points in this game, but well over half of the U.S. population figured the Cavs could win this game straight up. Despite going into halftime with a 1 point lead, the Cavs were outscored by 18 points in the second half leading to a disappointing 105-88 loss. The Lakers held LeBron James to only 23 points on 9 of 25 from the field. I am looking forward to this rematch on February 8 when the Lakers come to the "Q".
